2012. Let's go.

We had an amazing trip to Colorado and I'm getting ready to do some new work -- knitting, decoupage under glass, baking experiments, I may even learn to quilt and silkscreen. Winter is a new beginning, right?

I've become sort of obsessed with instagram -- basically a photoblogging program for mobile phones. I love seeing what people all over the world are seeing -- here's what I see. I also love pinterest -- a site aggregates member's interests and likes into boards. Here's mine. And have you used spotify yet? Very cool. I still love twitter and facebook, but I find that I use these other options far more often. They've kind of taken the place of this blog. One of my goals for the new year is to change that -- to figure out a way to use this space most effectively. I hope you'll come along for the ride.

My first question for you in 2012: are you doing thing-a-day this year? So far, there haven't been any posts about it, and the main page of the site is littered with spam emails (heeheehee -- they're kind of funny.) It usually begins on February 1, but I'm undecided about continuing this time. I could use some persuasion (and I'm surprisingly easily persuaded), so if you're doing it and want company, let me know...
