Snow days!

DC finally got some decent snow -- and we've had two days off of school because of it. The Federal Government closed two hours early Wednesday, so you know it was quite a storm. There are many stories of commutes that normally took 15-20 minutes taking hours.


Paul and Maggie couldn't help themselves last night. At the height of thundersnow, they broke out of the house, determined to battle.


This is what we're left with today: icy, wet snow covering everything. Lovely to look at from the warmth of a cashmere blanket, a giant cappuccino and the couch.
